Kasowitz Represents Herald Square Properties and Marciano Investment Group in $52 Million Purchase of Pre-War Commercial Building

Kasowitz represented the joint venture of Herald Square Properties and Marciano Investment Group in the $52 million purchase of a pre-war commercial building located at 251 West 30th Street, New York.  The partnership plans to transform the 16-story, 114,000-square-foot loft building by upgrading the property’s systems, infrastructure and amenities, which will feature modern, open space layouts designed to appeal to growing creative tenants seeking full floor occupations.
