Law360 recognizes Kasowitz Benson Torres as one of the leading law firms that handled one of the largest New York City public deals during the week of January 28, 2019. This is the second time in 2019 that the firm has been recognized for handling one of the largest NYC real estate transactions.
The firm represented the buyer in the purchase of the properties located at 22 Chapel Street and 50 Flatbush Avenue Extension in Brooklyn for $26 million.
