Fria R. Kermani’s practice focuses on complex commercial and white collar defense and investigations.  She has experience working on matters involving regulatory enforcement in connection with investigations by the United States Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and other government agencies.  Ms. Kermani also has experience in First Amendment and intellectual property litigation.  She has worked on matters for both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court actions.
