Kevin J. Arquit Featured as Guest on Bloomberg TV’s Balance of Power

Kevin J. Arquit, partner and Co-Chair of the antitrust practice at Kasowitz Benson Torres, was a featured guest on the financial news show “Bloomberg Markets: Balance of Power” on Bloomberg TV.   During the interview, Mr. Arquit analyzes the recent decision by Judge Victor Marrero of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York to approve the T-Mobile and Sprint merger.   Mr. Arquit discusses the probability of the state attorneys general prevailing on appeal and the underlying factors that led to Judge Marrero’s lengthy ruling, including Judge Marrero’s view on how courts should determine cases.
