Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Jennifer S. Recine moderated a panel discussion titled, “The “It” Market: Miami’s Rise to Becoming an Essential Market of Top CRE Portfolios,” as part of Commercial Observer’s 2022 South Florida Forum: This Magic Movement: Building Miami to Last.  Ms. Recine, along with other real estate industry titans and government agency leaders, discussed the major trends driving growth in Miami, the deals that are being done in the Magic City, top lending strategies for an increasingly competitive market, and where future investment opportunities lie.
