John V. Berlinski to Speak on Entertainment Law Panel at the Beverly Hills Bar Association
Kasowitz Benson Torres partner John V. Berlinski will participate in a panel discussion titled “An Analysis of Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation v. Wark Entertainment, Inc. f/s/o Barry Josephson, et al.” at the Beverly Hills Bar Association on May 22, 2019. Mr. Berlinski will discuss the landmark arbitration award that Kasowitz obtained for the stars of the long-running hit TV show “Bones,” including how the fraud was uncovered and the impact the arbitration award may have on the industry.
