Kevin J. Arquit, partner and Co-Chair of the antitrust practice at Kasowitz Benson Torres, was a featured guest on the financial news show “Bloomberg Markets: Balance of Power” on Bloomberg TV.  During the interview, Mr. Arquit discusses the lawsuit brought by 13 state attorneys general and the District of Columbia to block the merger of T-Mobile and Sprint that had already been approved, with concessions, by the DOJ and the FTC after a lengthy investigation.  Mr. Arquit also discusses the unprecedented nature of the lawsuit and the impact of each state pursuing its own special interest.
