Kim have been named 2022 Women Worth Watching in Leadership by Profiles in Diversity Journal as part of its 21st Annual Women Worth Watching Awards.  This year’s winners were selected based on their commitment to living their vision, blazing new trails, achieving lofty goals, and lifting others as they climb.

Melissa A. Barahona’s practice focuses on employment litigation and complex commercial litigation.  She represents employers and prominent senior executives in employment litigation matters, including defense of claims of discrimination, harassment/hostile work environment, and retaliation; and disputes involving the enforcement of employment contracts and restrictive covenants.  Melissa also represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters.

Heather S. Kim’s practice focuses on patent infringement litigation involving a wide range of technologies, including the internet, computer software, cellular phone technology, and medical devices.  She has experience in all phases of patent litigation including fact and expert discovery, claim construction, motion practice and trial.
