Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Uri A. Itkin and associate Andrew W. Breland have co-authored “Next Economic Downturn Will See Increase in Structured Finance Litigation,” published in Bloomberg Law.  In the article, the authors discuss how, as a result of their experience in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, investors in asset-backed securities (ABS) have come to use litigation to enforce their rights as an important part of their investments.
