Kasowitz Benson Torres partner John V. Berlinski will be a featured webinar speaker on “Backend? What Backend? Are Profit Participations an Outdated Concept in The New Television Era?” as part of the 44th Annual UCLA Entertainment Symposium. Mr. Berlinski, along with panelists Craig A.
