Webinar: Covid-19 and the Workplace: Update on Mandatory Tests and Vaccines and Continuing Legal Issues and Liability Risks

Kasowitz Benson Torres employment litigation partners Mark W. Lerner and Jessica Taub Rosenberg will be presenting “Covid-19 and the Workplace: Update on Mandatory Tests and Vaccines and Continuing Legal Issues and Liability Risks,” a follow-up webinar discussion to their January PLI Briefing.  Mr. Lerner and Ms. Rosenberg will discuss the most up-to-date information on legal considerations around mandating testing and vaccinations of workers and how to address liability risks that may arise.  They will also discuss questions employers can, and cannot, ask employees relating to Covid-19 and information security, current litigation relating to testing in the workplace, legal bases for exemption from a vaccination requirement on religious or disability grounds, and evaluating requests for reasonable accommodations, among other topics.
