Lerner and Jessica Taub Rosenberg will be presenting “Mandating Covid-19 Tests and Vaccines in the Workplace: Legal Issues and Liability Risks,” a webinar hosted by Practising Law Institute.  Mr. Lerner and Ms. Rosenberg will discuss the legal issues to consider when deciding whether to mandate testing and vaccinations, religious and health exemptions to vaccination requirements, and workplace protocols in reporting results.  They will also discuss how to address liability risks that may arise from mandating testing and vaccinations.
