Jennifer N. Hinds’ practice focuses on employment litigation in federal and state courts, including management-side representation related to wage and hour and California’s Private Attorneys General Act matters.  She also has experience with discrimination, unpaid expenses and misclassification issues.  Jennifer regularly advises clients on laws surrounding employee policies and procedures, and contending with sensitive workplace issues.

In addition, Jennifer has experience advising Fortune 500 and start-up companies in high-stakes commercial litigation disputes.
