Carolina Diaz-Martinez’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, financial products, and securities related litigation in both state and federal court. She has handled commercial and contract disputes, securities litigation, product liability, and fraud actions in jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Carolina devotes significant time to pro bono, including cases related to special education, asylum, and federal criminal defense.
Carolina is a native Spanish speaker. She is also conversational in Japanese, and worked in Tanabe, Japan for four years prior to law school. While in law school, Carolina served as an Alexander Fellow to Honorable Laura Taylor Swain of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and was an intern in the chambers of the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
