Jacob Benson
Jacob Benson’s practice focuses primarily on antitrust matters and litigation.  He represents major national and international corporations in proceedings before, and disputes with, the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as in private disputes.  Jacob served as the sole associate supporting partner Kevin J. Arquit in his role as sole arbitrator in the historic arbitration of a merger dispute between the Department of Justice and two aluminum ABS suppliers, Novelis and Aleris.

Jacob’s practice also involves complex litigation in the finance, real estate and pharmaceutical areas.

Prior to joining the firm, Jacob served as a law clerk for the Honorable Steven C. Mannion in the District of New Jersey.
