Tracy B. Rane is a trial lawyer with over two decades of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including insurance, entertainment, copyright, trademark, defamation, right of publicity, breach of contract and right of privacy. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation in both federal and state courts, including matters before the California Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Tracy is recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation.
