Kasowitz Represents Leading Real Estate Investment Company in Sale of Atlanta Office Center

Kasowitz Benson Torres represented a leading real estate investment company in the sale of a Class-A office center located north of Atlanta, Georgia to a Texas-based real estate fund.  The office center is part of the growing Central Perimeter submarket, which is Atlanta's largest office submarket and one of the region’s largest employment centers.
