Kasowitz Represents Mollenhour Gross on Signing of Multiple Industrial Leases in Tennessee

Kasowitz Benson Torres continued to represent Mollenhour Gross, a private investment company, as landlord in the signing of three leases of prime industrial space in Knoxville, Tennessee. JLG Industries, a designer and manufacturer of access equipment and subsidiary of Oshkosh Corporation, will occupy 313,536 SF of Class A industrial space and Ferguson Enterprises, a distributor of plumbing and heating products, will occupy 118,000 SF of Class A industrial space. In addition, FedEx Freight, a provider of LTL (less-than-truckload) freight services, signed a lease for industrial outdoor storage. Occupying these facilities will enhance each tenant’s capacity to support the growing Knoxville market.
Kasowitz partner David Szeker represented Mollenhour Gross.
