Kasowitz Represents Tryperion Holdings in Providing $31 Million Refinancing for Maine Condo Conversion
Kasowitz Benson Torres represented Tryperion Holdings, a real estate investment firm focused on equity and credit investments in all property types across the United States, in providing a $31 million senior loan to Presidium Group to convert a multifamily complex into luxury condominiums at Pepperell Mill, an apartment complex created on the site of a historic textile mill in Biddeford, Maine. This transaction is one of the largest real estate financings in Maine in 2024.
