Clarine Nardi Riddle Receives Indiana University Bicentennial Medal

Indiana University has awarded Kasowitz Benson Torres counsel Clarine Nardi Riddle the Indiana University Bicentennial Medal, which recognizes organizations and individuals who, through their personal, professional, artistic, or philanthropic efforts, have broadened the reach of Indiana University around the state, nation, and world.

The award was presented to Ms. Riddle, an alumna of the university, at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law’s Center for Constitutional Democracy virtual meeting on November 6, 2020.

Ms. Riddle was honored for broadening the reach of Indiana University through the many prominent roles she has held during her illustrious legal career and for her distinguished service to Indiana University.  Her service to the university includes mentoring law school students and alumni of the Maurer School of Law and advising them on careers in public service.  She is also the Chairperson of the Law School’s Center for Constitutional Democracy, a pioneering program which teaches the discipline of constitutional design and provides students with hands-on experience allowing them to apply what they have learned in countries around the world.  She has also served on the Law School’s Board of Visitors and Indiana University Law School Alumni Association Board of Directors.  She was inducted into Indiana University Academy of Law Alumni Fellows in 1999.
