Daniel J. Fetterman Speaks on White Collar Investigations Panel at the 2019 New York State Bar Association’s International Section Seasonal Meeting in Tokyo
Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Daniel J. Fetterman participated in a panel discussion titled “Challenges in Cross-Border White Collar Criminal Investigations,” as part of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association’s 2019 Seasonal Meeting. Mr. Fetterman, along with other leading white collar and antitrust lawyers, discussed the role of in-house and outside counsel in internal investigations, representing the company and company employees, and coordinating cross-border investigations, among other topics.
The panel discussion took place on November 7, 2019 in Tokyo, Japan.
