Kasowitz Announces 2024 Partner Promotions
Kasowitz Benson Torres is delighted to announce that Andrew Elkin and Donald Reinhard have been promoted to partner.
- Andrew H. Elkin: Mr. Elkin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. His experience includes litigation involving breach of contract, business torts, and real estate disputes, as well as advising both investors and fiduciaries in matters related to corporate governance. He also represents creditors, debtors, official creditors’ committees and equity committees, ad hoc committees, private equity funds and other stakeholders in all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring. Mr. Elkin is based in the firm’s New York office.
- Donald Reinhard: Mr. Reinhard is a trial lawyer with experience litigating complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. He has represented both Fortune 500 and emerging technology companies, venture and private equity funds, real estate developers, private corporations and partnerships, financial institutions and high net worth individuals in intellectual property disputes (including trademark, trade secret and copyright matters), real estate and hospitality disputes, high stakes commercial litigation, bankruptcy disputes and media/first amendment matters. Mr. Reinhard is based in the firm’s New York office.
