Law360 Names Paul M. “Tad” O’Connor 2023 MVP for Real Estate

For IHG, Mr. O’Connor obtained significant injunctive relief, upheld on appeal, in a decades-long licensing dispute involving IHG’s long-term license agreement related to the 795-room Crowne Plaza Times Square hotel in Manhattan.  The New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department unanimously affirmed a previous order granting a preliminary injunction barring the Crowne Plaza Times Square hotel’s owner, a subsidiary of Vornado Realty Trust, from unilaterally terminating the parties’ license agreement for the hotel.  The article highlights other significant achievements on behalf of other of Mr. O’Connor’s clients.
