The New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department unanimously affirmed a previous order granting a preliminary injunction barring the Crowne Plaza Times Square hotel’s owner, a subsidiary of Vornado Realty Trust, from unilaterally terminating the parties’ license agreement for the hotel.
