David Szeker is the chair of Kasowitz Benson Torres’ real estate transactions group, and has significant experience representing leading developers, investors, and owners in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, the negotiation and formation of joint ventures, and office and retail leasing.  He is recognized as a leading real estate lawyer by Chambers USA, The Legal 500 and Real Estate Weekly.

Darwin Huang is a real estate transactions partner at Kasowitz Benson Torres who represents developers, investors, owners, and lenders in transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions/dispositions and financings of commercial, condominium, hotel and mixed-use properties, as well leasing of office and retail space.  In 2022, Mr. Huang was shortlisted by American Lawyer as a Young Corporate Lawyer of the Year and named by Crain’s New York Business as a Notable Asian Leader.  He is also recognized in Chambers USA and The Legal 500.
