Matthew S. McElroy Joins Kasowitz’s Real Estate Transactions Group
Kasowitz Benson Torres is pleased to announce that Matthew S. McElroy, a leading real estate transactions lawyer, has joined Kasowitz as Special Counsel in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. McElroy brings with him a decade of experience representing private equity funds, developers and institutional and private lenders and investors in a broad range of real estate transactions, including the origination of mortgage, mezzanine, construction and other financings across all real estate asset classes. He also advises lenders on loan sales, purchases, and syndications, including inter-creditor and co-lender arrangements.
