"Tad" O'Connor III will participate in a panel discussion titled, “ADR Considerations for General Counsel and In-House Legal Departments in the Era of Mass Filings” as part of Corporate Counsel’s General Counsel Conference East. Mr. O’Connor, along with Ralph Carter, Senior Counsel - Litigation & Cybersecurity Legal at Workday, Inc., Robert Dunn, Senior Director - Litigation at FanDuel, and Adina Storch, General Counsel at Global Industrial Company will discuss the strategic use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods, including mediation and arbitration, and how they can be effectively utilized to handle mass filings.
