Paul M. "Tad" O'Connor III Moderates Real Estate Finance Panel at Commercial Observer’s Fall Financing CRE Forum

Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Paul M. "Tad" O'Connor III moderated a panel discussion titled, “Surmounting the Maturity Wall/Approaching the Summit,” as part of the Fall Financing CRE Forum: Lessons Learned from a Year Unlike Any Other hosted by the Commercial Observer.  Mr. O’Connor, along with Jason Kollander, Partner and Co-Head of Real Estate Credit at BDT & MSD Partners, Sarah Miller, Director of Real Estate Finance Group at First Citizens Bank, Matt Pestronk, President & Co-Founder of Post Brothers, and Mark Silverstein, Senior Managing Director and Head of Proprietary Lending at NewPoint Real Estate Capital, discussed the current commercial real estate market and how lenders are approaching refinancings, modifications and extensions.
