Paul M. "Tad" O'Connor III Moderates Real Estate Panel at Commercial Observer’s Future of New York Forum

Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Paul M. "Tad" O'Connor III moderated a panel discussion titled, “Enhancing the Vital Business Districts Fueling NYC's  Economic Engine,” as part of the Future of New York Forum: CRE’s Definitive Public-Private State of the Union Event hosted by the Commercial Observer.  Mr. O’Connor, along with other influential real estate industry leaders, Zachary Steinberg, Senior Vice President of Policy at REBNY, Andrew Kimball, President & CEO at New York City Economic Development Corporation, James Nelson, principal, head of Tri-State Investment Sales at Avison Young, and EB Kelly, Senior Managing Director at Tishman Speyer, discussed NYC’s building occupancy levels and the forward-thinking policy solutions and investments that NYC can pursue to revitalize its Central Business Districts.
