Clarine Nardi Riddle, Counsel at Kasowitz Benson Torres, was a featured speaker on a panel discussion titled “Fintech Regulation in the Trump Administration” as part of the Frontiers of Digital Finance conference presented by Biz2X, a leading digital platform for business lending. Ms. Riddle, along with moderator Craig Carpenito, Partner at King & Spalding, and other panelists, Amanda DuPont, Public Records Product Specialist at Thomson Reuters and Barry Kamar, Partner at King & Spalding, discussed key regulatory shifts that could affect and influence the fintech industry during the Trump administration and their impact on the future of financial innovation.

The Hon. Clarine Nardi Riddle, Counsel and chair of the Government Affairs and Strategic Counsel Practice Group in Kasowitz’s Washington, D.C. office, provides legal, strategic and policy advice to clients on matters at the intersection of law, business and public policy. Formerly Attorney General of Connecticut, she also worked on virtually every major area of public policy as Senator Joseph Lieberman’s Chief of Staff. She is the Chair of the Advisory Board of the Indiana University Mauer School of Law Center for Constitutional Democracy and is also on the Board of Trustees for the Center for Excellence in Education and for the Do The Write Thing Project of the National Campaign to Stop Violence.
