Daniel J. Fetterman Speaks at ABA Antitrust Law Section 2024 International Cartel Workshop
Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Daniel J. Fetterman was a featured commentator for the demonstration “Off to the Races - The Government Raids Targets,” as part of the 2024 International Cartel Workshop hosted by the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section and in collaboration with the International Bar Association. Mr. Fetterman, along with Tobias Maass, Deputy Head of Unit and Directorate-General for Competition for the European Commission in Brussels, and moderator Tatiana Martins, a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell, discussed their observations on the demonstration’s approach to government raids and drop-in interviews of potential cartel participants and strategies for navigating common investigatory tactics.
