Jonathan K. Waldrop Speaks at 2023 IP Dealmakers Forum

Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Jonathan K. Waldrop was a featured speaker on the panel discussion titled, “Evolving Strategies to Manage Risk Part 2: Insurance,” as part of the 2023 IP Dealmakers Forum.  Mr. Waldrop, along with Ayanna Lewis-Gruss, VP & Head of North American Litigation and Other Contingent Liability Insurance at Ryan Transactional Risk, Andrew Mutter, SVP & Co-Leader of Contingent Risk at CAC Specialty, Jarret Prussin, CEO of Business Funding Group, and Jon Scahill, CEO of Quest Patent Research Corporation, discussed how the IP industry is being impacted by insurance and risk management.
