Michael A. Hanin Speaks at ABS East Conference

Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Michael A. Hanin was a featured speaker on the panel titled, “Litigation Developments & Lessons,” part of the 2023 ABS East Conference hosted by Information Management Network (IMN) and Fixed Income Investor Network (FIIN).  Mr. Hanin, along with Peter Forshee, Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, Faisal Kassam, Managing Director and Head of ABS at Kuvare, Douglas Lipton, Senior Managing Director at GreensLedge, and Larry Stoddard, General Counsel at Pegasus Legal Capital, discussed litigation investment trends impacting the structured finance sector.
