Ms. Frawley will discuss a wide range of divorce-related issues that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including how a recent job loss may impact your custody and spousal support, co-parenting with someone who is not social distancing, whether it makes sense for parties to a divorce to avail themselves of the court’s currently limited resources, and recent custody and divorce trends.
