Andrew M. Meerwarth’s practice focuses on commercial and securities litigation.  He has experience defending against shareholder derivative actions and class actions in state and federal courts, as well as advising on corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Kasowitz, he was an associate at an international law firm. Before that, he clerked for the Honorable Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick, Delaware Court of Chancery.
