Dariya V. Golubkova’s practice focuses on complex commercial and international litigation. She has represented clients before various federal courts, inter-agency committees and law enforcement and government agencies such as the U.S. Court of International Trade, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, Office of Foreign Assets Control and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Dariya has experience handling matters involving compliance, licensing and enforcement issues arising under U.S. economic sanctions and import and export control laws. She has also advised international clients on structuring investments in line with the critical infrastructure and defense sectors of the U.S. economy.
Prior to entering private practice, Dariya clerked for the Honorable Claire R. Kelly, U.S. Court of International Trade.
Dariya is fluent in Russian.
