David Tyler “Ty” Adams is a commercial litigator who represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes.  He has experience representing a variety of businesses and individuals in disputes involving contracts, torts, corporate governance, securities, antitrust and fraud, among other issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Ty was a litigation associate at an international law firm.  He also clerked for the Honorable Federico A. Moreno, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
