Dustin J. Lee’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has experience with both civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Kasowitz, Dustin clerked for the Honorable Frederic Block, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Jennifer C. Boal, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Massachusetts. Before his clerkships, he was an Assistant District Attorney with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in Atlanta, Georgia, during which time he argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia on three occasions, prevailing each time. Earlier in his career, Dustin was an associate at an international law firm.
