Jonathan H. Hicks’ practice focuses on complex patent litigation and other intellectual property litigation in federal court and before the International Trade Commission. His experience covers important technologies including user interface, virtual computing, cloud services, 4G/LTE and 5G wireless and scan engine decoder technologies.
Prior to joining Kasowitz, Jonathan was a patent litigation associate at an international law firm where he worked on matters involving haptic systems, disk drive servos, data storage libraries, point-to-point network communications and 3D user interface technologies. Prior to law school, Jonathan worked as a software programmer where he helped design and implement a web-based enterprise application.
