Matthew S. Manacek’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and privacy litigation.  He also counsels clients on cutting-edge issues concerning privacy, data protection, content regulation, intermediary liability and consumer protection. 

Prior to joining Kasowitz, Matthew was an associate at an international law firm, where he represented technology companies in disputes involving freedom of speech, defamation, data privacy, cybersecurity and intellectual property.
