Matthew S. Manacek, a member of Kasowitz’s Data Strategy, Privacy, and Security team, focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, privacy litigation, regulatory investigations, and counseling clients on cutting-edge issues concerning privacy, data protection, content regulation, intermediary liability, and consumer protection.
Matt has advised on a wide range of laws, including U.S. and international laws covering privacy, artificial intelligence, marketing and advertising, e-commerce, youth privacy, content moderation, and intermediary liability.
Prior to joining Kasowitz, Matt was an associate at an international law firm, where he represented technology companies in disputes involving freedom of speech, defamation, data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property.
