Maxwell Sandgrund’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Kasowitz, Max served as an officer and judge advocate in the United States Army. Most recently, Max deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where he was the Chief Prosecutor of Military Justice. Prior to Guantanamo, Max deployed to Kuwait, where he provided legal advice to military commanders throughout the Middle East. Prior to joining the Army, Max handled civil litigation in state court.
