Michael D. Fuzaylov focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal court. Michael has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes involving antitrust, business tort, breach of contract, insurance, defamation, and other matters.
He regularly devotes time to pro bono matters and as a moot court judge at Columbia Law School.
Prior to joining Kasowitz, Michael interned at the Queens District Attorney’s Office in a trial division and the Appeals Bureau.
WORK HIGHLIGHTS
- MLW Media in prosecuting antitrust claims against World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), alleging that WWE undermined competition and monopolized the market for the sale or licensing of media rights for professional wrestling programming in the United States. The parties settled after Kasowitz defeated WWE’s motion to dismiss and struck numerous affirmative defenses.
