Paul A. Fotovat’s practice focuses on matrimonial and family law.  He has broad experience representing clients in negotiating and drafting prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements.  Paul frequently litigates issues of child custody, child and spousal support, as well as distribution of assets.
