Yeilee Woo’s practice focuses on all aspects of employment-related litigation and disputes before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and alternative dispute resolution bodies. Yeilee’s experience includes defense of claims of discrimination, harassment/hostile work environments, retaliation and wrongful termination; disputes involving the enforcement of employment contracts and non-competition/non-solicitation covenants; and tort claims arising out of the employment relationship, such as breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition and tortious interference. She also has experience representing employers in wage and hour collective and class action litigation.
Yeilee also advises clients on other employment-related issues, including employment policies and practices, disciplinary actions, separation agreements, investigations of employee misconduct and litigation avoidance.
Yeilee has co-authored articles on employment trends and developments that have been published in the Chambers Litigation 2022 Global Practice Guide.
