Christine M. Rodriguez focuses her practice primarily on complex commercial and civil litigation. Christine represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of high-stakes disputes involving breach of contract, fraud and business torts, failed implementations of enterprise resource planning (ERP) business software, commercial real estate, and other matters in federal and state courts and arbitration.
She was honored as a Latino Lawyer to Keep on the Watch by Latino Leaders Magazine.
Prior to joining the firm, Christine was Principal Law Clerk to the Hon. Barbara R. Kapnick, New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department. She also clerked for Justice Kapnick in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, Commercial Division.

- MBIA in a decade-long put-back action against Credit Suisse in which MBIA sought to recover for breaches of representations and warranties related to RMBS insured by MBIA. After a two-week bench trial in New York State Supreme Court, the court found that MBIA had convincingly proved that Credit Suisse breached its representations and warranties, and that Credit Suisse was liable for over $600 million in damages.
- National Grid in an action against a software vendor stemming from a $1 billion implementation of SAP software.
- Alaskan Reefer Management and Kloosterboer International Forwarding, shippers of frozen fish from Alaska, in securing a pathbreaking preliminary injunction in the District of Alaska enjoining the U.S. government from assessing penalties for alleged Jones Act violations while the legality of already assessed penalties is adjudicated.
- Lubrizol, a global specialty chemicals company, in an action against IBM stemming from an implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
- The Lubrizol Corporation, a leading a global specialty chemicals company, in defending against multiple state and federal toxic tort actions in Illinois stemming from a massive 2021 fire in Rockton, Illinois.
- Certified Collectibles Group in an action against Globant stemming from an implementation of customized ERP software system.
- The Manhattan Club, a luxury timeshare property in midtown Manhattan, and affiliated entities and individuals, including real estate developer Bruce Eichner, in securing the dismissal of a federal lawsuit brought by more than 200 individual timeshare interest holders.

- TerraForm Power in a contract dispute with two major private equity funds over a purported $231 million earnout payment.
